Where can I purchase your yarns?
Where do you ship to and what are your rates?
We ship all over the world. Shipping rates depend on weight and the destination and are calculated during the check out process.
I don't see a colourway offered in the yarn I want, does this mean you don't dye it in that colourway?
All of our 45+ colourways are available on the majority of our base yarns. As pictures become available, we'll be adding them and the colourways to the drop down menu.
Every time I visit your online shop, there never seems to be enough for a sweater in the colourway I want, why is this?
We generally dye in batches of 12-16 in order to offer a wide selection of colourways for each shop update. Our most popular colourways tend to sell out very quickly. The best way to stay informed about new shop updates is to join our mailing list and our Ravelry group.
Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept custom orders at this time. Please join our mailing list to be notified when we update our online stock (about 1-3 times a month) and for special promotions. We also offer rotating pre-orders several times a year.
Do you offer yarn support for designers and publications?
Yes! We offer yarn support for independent designs, magazine publications and books. While we can't supply yarn support to all those who request it, we do encourage you to contact us with specific information about your project(s). Please send any available sketches, descriptions, yarn requests, colourway requests and anything else you think may be helpful to email@example.com with "Yarn Support" in the title. If we think it's a good fit we'll get back to you with more information.
